About the Company:

We have developed the next generation of mobile payments – a disruptive technology allowing payments with any APP at any POS. Our solution, SensePay, is a digital payments network, enables consumers to pay seamlessly with a variety of digital payments, e-wallets and alternative payment methods at physical merchants and brick-and-mortar stores.

The Opportunity:

SensePass is expanding in North America, where we are experiencing high demand for our solution with SMB’s and Enterprise merchants. We are seeking for an energetic, results-driven and talented Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team actively seek out and engage new customers as part of our sales activities in North America.

About the Role:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will actively prospect Enterprise and Small Business retailers to uncover qualified opportunities, conduct sales presentations and demonstrations over the phone and in-person. You will report directly to our VP of Sales and support the ongoing sales efforts.


  • Conduct outbound prospecting to secure introductory meetings – demonstrated experience in cold calling required.
  • Research accounts to identify relevant decision makers – requires understanding and navigating complex organizational structures.
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM.
  • Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
  • Play an active role in driving existing opportunities to a paid customer.


  • 2+ years of prior sales experience
  • Previous background and knowledge in the PayTech ecosystem, Payment processing, Retail or Fintech – Advantage
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing, dynamic sales environment; must be high-energy and self-motivated
  • Creative, resourceful and passionate
  • Great communication skills – written and verbal
  • Team player
